Prior to launching Elite Home Inspections, Joel  spent over 25 years as a top rated inspector overseeing quality, code and safety for multi-million dollar residential construction projects throughout Northern Virginia. He is a member of NACHI, the National Association for Certified Home Inspectors and adheres to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.

In addition to his winning reputation in the real estate/home inspection industry, Joel also holds World Championship victories on the powerboat racing circuit and “best in show” awards at custom car shows throughout the region. His award-winning accomplishments have been highlighted in industry magazines and television media.

When he’s not performing home inspections, you’ll find him enjoying life with his wife, kids and grandchildren – and taking long walks with his Lab pup, Skye.
